Refund Policy

At Ranjit Nekhar, we value your time and commitment. This policy ensures fairness for both clients and scheduling availability for all sessions and retreat programs.

1. Session Bookings (Private & Group Sessions)

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Requests made within less than 24 hours may be considered a late cancellation.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be fully charged.
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

2. Refund Policy (Sessions)

Payments made for individual sessions are non-refundable once booked.
In case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.

3. Package Bookings (If Applicable)

Packages must be used within the defined validity period.
Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages are non-refundable once partially used.

4. Retreat Bookings

Retreats involve advance planning, reservations, and limited availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking for each retreat.
Deposits or advance payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Partial refunds (if any) depend on:
- Cancellation timing
- Booking commitments (accommodation, logistics, etc.)

5. Instructor Cancellation

In rare cases where a session or retreat is cancelled by Ranjit Nekhar:

You will be offered:
- A rescheduled session, or
- A full refund (if applicable)

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
No extensions or partial refunds will be provided.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests due to medical or personal emergencies will be reviewed case-by-case. Approval is not guaranteed.
