IS THIS YOU
“My intention isn't only to help you move better. It's to guide you toward a deeper understanding of your own body.”
A simple, two-tier policy — easy to understand, no fine print to decode.

If your plans change
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant with prior approval from the organizer.
Our commitment to you
In the unlikely event that EMERGE is cancelled by the organizer, all payments received — including your deposit — will be refunded in full.
Your deposit confirms your place at EMERGE Bali. Reservations are first come, first served.
Once your deposit is received, I'll be in touch personally to confirm your room preference and guide you through the next steps.
If something isn't covered here, DM @rjnekhar_yoga on Instagram — happy to answer personally.
Fill out the information form and place a HK$5,000 deposit to confirm your attendance. The remaining balance will be charged at a later date. Reservations are first come, first served — so the sooner you act, the better your pricing tier. You can also DM @rjnekhar_yoga on Instagram to reserve directly.
Yes, double occupancy pricing is available for both the Basic Chalet and the Deluxe Villa, and it's the most cost-effective option. If you're booking with a friend, both of you simply select the double occupancy rate when reserving. If you're traveling solo but open to sharing, reach out and I'll try to match you with another participant.
The retreat is intentionally limited to 12 participants. This is not a large group event — it's a small, personal experience where everyone receives real attention. Once spots are full, there will be no waitlist.
No specific level is required. The retreat spans Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and dynamic styles, and sessions are designed to be accessible while offering depth for more experienced practitioners. Whether you've been practicing for 6 months or 6 years, you'll be challenged and supported in equal measure.
After you return home, there is a 30-day online integration session included for all participants. This is a group session held online approximately one month after the retreat ends, designed to help you sustain the shifts you made in Bali, troubleshoot your home practice, and stay connected to the community you built during the retreat.
Each participant receives a 30-minute one-on-one session with Ranjit during the retreat. This is a private conversation about your personal practice — your goals, patterns, limitations, and what you'd like to develop. With 13 years of teaching experience, Ranjit uses this session to give you genuinely tailored guidance you can apply immediately.
Quite a lot — intentionally. Days 3 and 4 have large, spacious midday blocks for you to use freely: exploring Ubud's markets, temples, and cafés; getting additional spa treatments; journalling; or simply resting by the pool. The schedule is nourishing, not exhausting — you'll always have time to breathe. And nothing here is rigid — if you need a moment for yourself, feel free to skip a session and simply rest. This retreat is meant to support you, not add pressure.
Visa requirements depend on your passport. Hong Kong SAR passport holders currently receive a 30-day visa-free entry to Indonesia. Most other passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival or an e-visa. We recommend checking the latest requirements with the Indonesian consulate or a trusted travel resource closer to your travel date, as policies can change.
October is the shoulder season — transitioning from dry to wet season. Expect warm days around 26–30°C in Ubud, with occasional afternoon showers. The cool highlands of Bagus Jati (750 m above sea level) mean temperatures are noticeably more comfortable than the coastal areas — perfect for yoga and outdoor practice. Light layers for evenings are recommended.
Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali is approximately 1.5–2 hours from Bagus Jati in Northern Ubud by private transfer. Airport transfers are not included in the retreat price — they are arranged independently. Bagus Jati can assist with arranging transfers directly, or you can book through trusted platforms like Klook or a local driver service. A shuttle to the Ubud area is included during your stay.
Daily breakfast and dinner are included at Bagus Jati. Lunches are not included — you're free to explore Ubud's incredible food scene or eat at the resort (set lunch available at additional cost). If you have dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies — please let us know when booking, and the resort will do their best to accommodate.
